Terms of Service

RememberAll is a personal memory-logging application that lets you save, organise, and recall memories using text and voice. The App uses AI (powered by Groq) to classify and retrieve memories.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery word secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without consent.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to store or transmit illegal content.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the App's API.
• Use the App in a way that could harm or impair our servers.

You own the memories and content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your memories. We do not use your content for advertising or to train AI models beyond what is necessary to operate the AI features.

The App uses Groq's AI to provide voice transcription, memory classification, and recall answers. AI responses are best-effort and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on the App for critical decisions, medical advice, legal advice, or financial decisions.

We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data. Maintain your own backups of important information.

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes we will notify you through the App. If we discontinue the App, we will provide at least 30 days notice so you can export your data.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
